1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "atm76" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated at https://atm76.onl and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the atm76 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the atm76 platform, associated with a unique username, password, email address, and Indonesian mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah (IDR) or USDT funds held in a User's atm76 Account at any given time, including any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, or any other gaming product offered on the atm76 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive issued by atm76 to a User's Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and residency verification process that atm76 may require Users to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "Services" means the full suite of products and features accessible through atm76, including but not limited to: sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar ceme (a traditional Indonesian card game variant), and any future products introduced to the platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the atm76 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or family member of an employee of atm76 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by atm76 or any gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous atm76 Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of atm76 Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual may hold only one active atm76 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any pending Balances or Bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. atm76 bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a User.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. atm76 will treat any action performed through your Account as an action performed by you, unless you have notified us of suspected unauthorized access in advance. You must notify atm76 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been compromised.

3.4 KYC Verification

atm76 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, upon account upgrade, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation may include a government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, alongside proof of current Indonesian residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

atm76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All fiat transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum daily withdrawal limits, and any transaction fees applicable to specific payment channels are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated periodically. atm76 will notify Users of any material changes to transaction limits with reasonable advance notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable security checks. atm76 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment accounts registered in the User's own name.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

atm76 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made without placing any corresponding Bet may be subject to a processing review. The atm76 platform must not be used as a mechanism for currency conversion or funds transfer unrelated to genuine gaming activity. atm76 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it reasonably determines to have been made for a purpose other than genuine wagering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses issued by atm76 are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game contribution rates as specified in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering with Bonus funds on games with an RTP above a specified threshold, or using specific game mechanics such as bonus buy features, may be restricted or excluded from contributing to rollover requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Users on a one-per-household and one-per-IP-address basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. atm76 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at its discretion if it reasonably determines that a User is exploiting promotional terms, operating multiple Accounts to claim multiple Bonuses, or otherwise engaging in conduct inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonuses and any winnings accrued solely from expired Bonus funds will be automatically removed from a User's Account Balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all atm76 gaming products. Product-specific rules (including rules for the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel markets, and bandar ceme tables) are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

• All Bets are final once confirmed. atm76 does not accept cancellation requests for Bets already placed, except where the platform has made a manifest error in the pricing or configuration of a market.
• atm76 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event or market that has been configured in error, subject to a published erroneous odds policy.
• Maximum stake limits apply per Bet, per event, and per day, and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. atm76 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions without providing a reason.
• Sportsbook markets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, the relevant togel pool operator for lottery draws).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a casino game session, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of the fault will be determined in accordance with the game provider's certified server-side game logs.
• Winnings from slot games, live casino games, and other random number generator (RNG)-based products are determined by certified, independently audited RNG software and are not influenced by previous outcomes.

7 Responsible Gaming

atm76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We provide the following tools and resources to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous gaming has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the atm76 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of atm76 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any atm76 content without prior written consent from atm76. Any unauthorised use of atm76's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

atm76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atm76 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the atm76 platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to account compromise resulting from a User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures outside atm76's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a User's reliance on information published on the platform that is subject to change without notice.
• Indirect financial losses, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from any suspension or termination of a User's Account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

atm76's total aggregate liability to any User, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

atm76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating.
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Used the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Operated multiple Accounts in violation of the one-account policy.

Upon termination for cause, atm76 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any legitimately earned Balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method. Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support; any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method after applicable checks.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming law. atm76 operates as a Licensed and Regulated platform under applicable international jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through atm76's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory consumer rights under the laws of Indonesia to the extent that such rights cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.

13 Amendments

atm76 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, atm76 will notify registered Users via the email address on record and will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the atm76 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Balance.
